Articles

Geared toward either internal or external communications, articles can be written for academic journals, consumer publications, newsletters or trade journals. Typically written not to toot your own horn but to demonstrate your expertise in your area, articles can boost name recognition of you and your services.

Brochures

The simplest form of communication between your company and your customers, brochures can range from a three–fold brochure outlining your company–s offerings or a specific product to complex mini–magazines describing what you do in depth. They can introduce a new product or service or provide internal and external sales people with documentation to use in sales presentations.

Catalogs

The workhorse of marketing, catalogs are a virtual (whether in print or online) storefront allowing customers to browse your offerings and find exactly what they need.

Conference & Trade Show Materials

Event programs, posters, audiovisual and video scripts (even skits performed to demonstrate your product), flyers and workbooks are needed whenever you gather with colleagues or customers.

Product Sheets

Product sheets are simply one–page descriptions of a specific product – think of it as your typical catalog copy expanded to provide the most intimate details of that catalog item. They are an excellent tool for your sales staff and compliment brochures.

Proofreading

Similar in scope to editing (see above), proofreading is the careful examination of the structure, words and overall look of the document. Proofreading makes sure your copy is free of errors – factual or grammatical.

Going before a group of investors, customers or even your own employees is a daunting task. Having an interesting, fact–filled presentation will go a long way to sell your products and ideas. Can be anything from a simple script to a full–blown multimedia presentation.

Whether in response to a problem your company or product has created (it happens to the best of us) or just interacting with your neighbors, public relations is vital for any size company. For radio and TV ads, programs and infomercials, short films for education or to document a procedure or problem, multimedia presentations for trade shows and conferences, scriptwriting is a complex task requiring not only strong writing (for dialog, for example), but a feel for the overall effect desired. Often written in special formats, scripts provide a structure and a guide to aid you in getting your message out through a multitude of avenues.

Speeches

Speaking to a group of people requires forethought, organization and a feel for your audience. A well–written speech is as important as the presentation. Website Content

More than just another brochure, websites create identity, educate customers, provide an easy way for customers to interact with your staff. A website with spelling or grammatical errors will only turn off potential buyers. Just like every other piece of communication your company sends out, web copy must conform to specific guidelines in order to do its job.

White Papers

The technical data, often in article form. White papers describe your product, the engineering and technical aspects of it for an educated audience. Not intended for the average user, white papers are geared toward the technical folks who use your product and need to know how it works.
